When you submit our enquiry form or book a class, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, and optionally your city, curriculum, year group, and any message. When you book a class, our scheduling provider also collects the details needed to arrange the session.

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver coaching, and stay in touch with you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Your enquiry details are passed to our customer-management system (Zoho CRM) so we can follow up. Class bookings are handled by Calendly and Zoom. Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf; we don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Our website uses analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed. This may involve cookies or similar technologies set by our hosting/analytics provider. This data is used in aggregate to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.

Our coaching is for students, many of whom are under 18. Where a student is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to make the enquiry or booking, or to consent to it. If you're a parent or guardian and want us to access, correct, or delete your child's information, contact us using the details below.

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and provide coaching, and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it.
